God’s Remarkable Love!

Remarkable 8-22-15When our first son Kolt, was born, I couldn’t imagine ever loving another child as much as I loved my son. I remember being saddened when I would think about my next child being born. I truly believed that I would not be able to love them in the same way. But something remarkable happened when my second son, Dandy was born. I immediately had equal and adequate love for both of my sons. Then, when my two daughters were born, God distributed my love equally to all of my children. It was so amazing to me how it happened.

If you have children, then you know what I am talking about.

When this happened to me it allowed me to understand a little more how God can love all of His children in the same way.

Remember the song we used to sing in Sunday School?

“Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world. Red and yellow black and white, they are precious in his sight. Jesus loves the little children of the world.”

Jesus really does love all the children of the world.

You may be reading this right now and you can’t understand how God could love you in spite of all the things you have done in your life. Maybe you have a hard time receiving His love. You may feel unworthy to be loved by God.

Remember and believe these things:

  • God loves you.( John 3:16)
  • God has a plan for your life. (Jeremiah 29:11)
  • Sin has separated you from God’s love and God’s plan. (Romans 3:23; 6:23))
  • But God sent Jesus to pay the price for your sins so you could be in right relationship with Him. (John 3:16)
  • All you have to do is believe it and receive it. (John 10:9-10)

God is simply remarkable. His love, His plan, His forgiveness and His mercy is remarkable. Today’s word is, “remarkable.” Declare that the remarkable plan of God is working in your life and family today.
