With all of the chaos that is taking place around our world, and even in our own country, I am so thankful that we live in America. One of the things that make America so great is the fact that we have such brave men and women who serve our country each and every day in our U.S. Military.
Many of these true heroes will come home from service or even from warfare having sacrificed their physical bodies and some even their lives in order to protect our freedoms and ensure our safety. We live in the greatest country on the planet and I am truly proud to be an American. But I also recognize that we are great because of our U.S. service men and women.
Today’s Scripture: 1 Corinthians 1:4 “I give thanks to my God always for you because of the grace of God that was given you in Christ Jesus,”
Today’s Challenge: Go out of your way to thank a soldier. Thank a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Coast Guard. Other options could be to thank the parents of a soldier. Thank the spouse of a soldier. Thank the children of a soldier.
They all make the sacrifice together.
