I want you to read this passage of scripture very carefully and thoughtfully. It’s one of my favorite passages of scripture.
Psalm 139:13-16 “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. 15 My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. 16 Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”
It is impossible for you to be a mistake. Maybe a surprise, maybe a bonus blessing to your family, but mistake, no way!
God created every one of us in His image with great potential.
Your potential is the untapped portion of your God-given destiny that is still inside of you that you have not discovered or unleashed yet. It cries out for release from time to time. When you get in the presence of God or in the presence of people fulfilling their God-given destiny and purpose, something inside of you cries out for release. It’s like someone is locked inside of a prison door and from deep below in the galleys and chambers you can hear a faint cry…”Help…someone let me out…”
That’s your potential. It longs to be released.
The word of the day is potential. Speak it over your life today. God will show you how to tap into it. There is so much more God has for you.
