The word of the day is everything.
Solomon said in Ecclesiastes 3:1 “There is a time for everything,”
And the Apostle Paul said in Colossians 3:17 “And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father.”
Why does everything we do matter? Because everything you do makes a difference.
The one question you can ask yourself to determine whether or not you will succeed is, “Are you moving forward or backwards?” Someone might be reading this right now and you think that you are somewhere in the middle, not really going anywhere. So you “think” you are standing still. But that is a lie. Even when you do absolutely nothing to move yourself toward your goal, you have in essence moved backwards, because you have lost that time and you can never get it back.
So everything you do matters. It will either move you toward you goals and dreams or it will move you away from your goals and dreams. You cannot afford to do nothing.
So today I want you to ask yourself, “What can I do today that will move me one step closer toward my dream?” Now take that one step. Now you have momentum. Take another step. Once you get going, it’s hard to stop. So keep moving and create a better life for you, your family and the ones you love the most.
