Have you ever heard someone say, “It’s all good!”?
This usually happens if you accidentally bump into someone and say, “I’m sorry.” You may hear someone say, “It’s all good.”
I believe it is possible to have this outlook on life. If we truly believe the following scripture….
Romans 8:28 (NLT) And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
Then we should all be able say, no matter what the circumstance, “It’s all good.” Why? Because we know that God causes all things to work together for the good of those who love Him.
So the question is…”Do you love God?” If you are a follower of Christ, then God is working on your behalf to make sure that even the difficult times of your life, and the not so pleasant things that have happened, are actually working together for “good” in your life.
- Maybe you were fired from a job, but that firing allowed you to find the job of your dreams.
- Maybe you lost a loved one, but in your grief you discovered who your real friends were and now you know who you can really count on.
- Maybe you came through a broken relationship and thought you would never get over it or through it, but now you find yourself in love with the person of your dreams. It never would have happened, had you not gone through the pain of the break up.
Many times in the fog and pain of devastation it is difficult to believe that things can get better. But for the child of God, they can and they will.
Good. This is the word of the day. I want you to speak this word over your life today.
Have a GOOD Day.
