Have you ever found yourself at the right place, at the right time? Maybe you were standing in the long check-out line at the grocery store and someone points at you and calls you to another register and allows you to go first. Have you ever drove through a crowded mall parking lot at Christmas time and a front row parking spot opens up for you?
This is simply being at the right place at the right time. Is it all coincidence or design? It may be a little dramatic to think that every time you go to the mall you will find a front row parking spot. But it is not dramatic, over-zealous or presumptuous for us to believe that God is ordering our every step.
Psalm 37:23 “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.”
I believe that we can position ourselves in such a way to hear the voice of God and obey His every command, so that we can be at the right place, at the right time, all of the time.
What you do each moment matters. What you do each day matters. The words you speak, the thoughts you think, the things you do, matter. Everything you do moves you closer to, or farther from, the right place and the right time.
But it’s not enough to be in the right place at the right time. You have to be the right person in the right place at the right time.
Esther 4:14-16 “And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”
The word of the day is Right Place, Right Time. Speak this over your life and family and marriage today.
